Sia Kheng Yok (Moderator)Chief Executive, Association of Aerospace IndustriesMr Sia is the Chief Executive of the Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore), a not-for-profit organization representing the aerospace industry in Singapore. He also serves on the Industry Advisory Committee of the Singapore Institute of Technology, the Advisory Board of the Aviation Studies Institute at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, and is a resource person for the Centre for Liveable Cities at the Ministry of National Development.
Before joining the Association, Sia was at the Singapore Economic Development Board (1993-2016) in various capacities, including Director for Transport Engineering, Deputy Director for Aerospace and Logistics, Policy Development and Resource Development. He also served as Director for the Singapore Aerospace Programme at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (2011-12). Sia holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (1987), and a Masters degree in Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University (1995). |
