Mr Maran Paramanathan is the Director of Unmanned Systems Policy, Regulations and Operations with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), where he is responsible for the development of policies and regulations and regulatory framework related to the safe integration of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), and emerging technologies such as electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOLs) into airspace. Mr Paramanathan is also responsible for the command and control of counter UAS (CUAS) operations to ensure safe airport operations in Singapore.
